Why are there no clocks on the wall? Why do hardly any of the departure information screens work and why are there so few of them? And when you do find one, why is the gate listed on the screen a number while all the GATE signs in the terminal are letters? I hate this airport.

Symmetric's Svein Tuft has done it. He has won the overall season long UCI Americas Tour. On top of that the S-Team won the team classification. This is all pretty huge... No Canadian team has ever achieved this level of success in an international season long competition. Symmetrics is a team that is 100% Canadian, and 100% moving in the right direction.

Cross on the rise

Between 170 and 200 riders started this weekend's first race in the Ottawa Cyclocross series. That's a lot of bikers. There must have been about 100 brand new Steven's 'cross bikes in the pack, and if it wasn't a Steven's bike, the majority had cross bikes, mostly new, mostly very well equipped. Cross is on the rise.
